Based in venues and public spaces that surround the famous five lamps landmark, this festival has something for everyone in the family. Locations include Connolly House, the Sean O'Casey Theatre, D-Light Studios, St Agathas Church and Liberty Hall.. The Five Lamps Festival is passionate about promoting arts and culture on a local community level as well as further afield.
From a day at the theatre to a tea dance, mime classes to making murals, art exhibitions or just ambling along on an entertaining walking tour, the Five lamps Festival has something different for everyone to enjoy. If you would rather be a participant than a spectator, separate workshops are being held for Singing, Voice Acting and Mime classes, and you're invited to leave your mark on a giant blank canvas in Connolly House throughout the festival.
