'Back by popular ...' or 'as requested ...' an opening night event of poetry and song with Ryland Teifi and Róisín Clany. Both award winning performers together on stage to bring folk songs intertwined with stories, poetry and prose.

Niall de Búrca is without any doubt the young audience’s festival favourite. The most prolific Irish contemporary storyteller and a master at giving it all a twist.
To close the opening night event, Anna Coogan. For many Anna was the revelation, the discovery of last year’s festival. She will be accompanied by guitarist and close collaborator Daniele Fiashi. They will perform songs from their new wonderful album 'The Nowhere, Rome Sessions'
