All you guys and gals who are fighting for the cause, here's an event that you'll be interested in tagging along to.

As those moustaches continue to grow magnificently right across the country, Movember will be hosting a very special free event to highlight the importance of looking out for each other.

The men’s health charity returns with its SpeakEasy event for 2020, which has gone virtual this year. The aim of the event is to increase each participant's awareness of what those around them go through that you might not even realise. Those who attend will be provided with the tools to effectively support and connect with friends now, and when they need it in the future.

The SpeakEasy event will be taking place virtually on Wednesday, November 26 between 7 - 9 pm.

Movember Country Manager, Jack O’Connor said: "The lockdown is impacting us all in different ways. Now more than ever we need to look out for and support one another. Sometimes it’s hard to know what to do, where to start or what to say. As we push through this together, we hope we can empower people to connect with others who are struggling. To help people do this we’ve adapted our SpeakEasy event to be hosted online."

To nab yourself a ticket for you and your friends, be sure to head over to the Movember Event Brite webpage (here).

And if you haven't done so already, check out our own Movember video which debuted this November. Featuring comedian Tony Cantwell, radio personality Crossy, content creator Timi Ogunyemi, Westmeath footballer Boidu Sayeh, Irish Seven’s rugby player Harry McNulty, and presenter James Kavanagh, all of the men bare their inner fears straight to camera.
