In the run up to Christmas, the outstanding Moscow City Ballet will perform Cinderella and The Nutcracker in their inimitable style at The Helix for 6 performances only! Since forming in 1988, by the distinguished Russian choreographer Victor Smirnov-Golovanov, they have become one of Russia's most successful international touring ballet companies, producing extravagant shows of amazing spectacle. Cinderella's life is transformed by her handsome Prince's true love while her mean, scheming sisters and stepmother are left to their wicked ways. Set to Prokofiev's score, this traditional fairy-tale favourite will leave you feeling very merry this Christmas! The magical production of the fairy-tale ballet The Nutcracker, with Tchaikovsky's moving and familiar score, opulent sets and magnificent costumes, makes a treat for every audience. Follow little Clara's adventures, as she takes us on a journey to the land of snow and then on an exciting visit to the land of sweets where she is greeted by the Sugar Plum Fairy!
