Let's make that two days a year! This 21 October, Mean Screen and The Producers are inviting you to embrace your inner Mean Girl (read hot-slut) for our Halloween screening. Who will win the slut-off walk-off? Who will be immortalized in the 'burn book'?
Join us as we drink blood-red Glen Coco cocktails and worship at the altar of the greatest horror villain to ever grace our screens, Miss Regina George, and we might even sacrifice a half-virgin or two.
This event is going to be so fetch. We're going to have an awesome time, with our awesome friends, drinking awesome shooters. Shout out your favourite quotes, sing along to Jingle Bell Rock, play interactive games, sip Glen Coco cocktails, eat popcorn (which has less than 30% calories from fat)!
Assign yourselves to tables that replicate North Shore High's cafeteria. There will be tables for freshmen, ROTC guys, preps, J.V. jocks, Asian nerds, Cool Asians, Varsity jocks, Unfriendly black hotties, Girls who eat their feelings, Girls who don't eat anything, Desperate wannabes, Burnouts, Sexually active band geeks, Art Freaks and Mathletes. We'll be running a competition to see who gets to sit at the coveted Plastics table. Don’t forget to wear pink or YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US!
A girls' survival handbook for the modern age, penned by the hilarious Tina Fey, Mean Girls stars Lindsay Lohan as Cady Heron, a 16-year-old girl who has to adjust to the wild terrain of public high school after being home-schooled whilst living in Africa. She infiltrates the 'popular' group or 'plastics' as they are known. But Cady soon finds herself immersed in the terrifyingly passive-aggressive and seriously cutting 'Girl World', leading to hilarious consequences.
