It’s 19 years since the Cat Laughs Comedy Festival began and the 2014 edition, running from May 29th - June 2nd in Kilkenny, is jam packed with an unrivalled line-up of Irish and international comedic talent and exclusive events from Sky.
Dara Ó Briain, Tommy Tiernan, Ardal O’Hanlon, Des Bishop, Barry Murphy, Jason Byrne, Bernard O’Shea, Neil Delamere, David O’Doherty, Colin Murphy, Colm O’Regan, Karl Spain, Eleanor Tiernan and Chris Kent are amongst the homegrown talent signed up for the 20th Festival.
There’s plenty of new talent to be enjoyed at this year’s Sky Cat Laughs, with Al Lubel, Ivo Graham, Katherine Ryan, Harriet Kemsley, Tiffany Stevenson, W Kamau Bell and Neal Brennan amongst the world-class comedic talent making a first appearance.
Fans of Cheers will be excited to see the return of George 'Norm' Wendt - who hosted the very first Cat Laughs in 1995. Other Early Cat Laughs stalwarts Dom Irrera, Rich Hall and Adam Hills are also back as well as a reunion.
