Television star and comedian Joe Rooney returns to Vicar Street with his spectacular new comedy show 'What Crisis?!' on Friday May 15th, the perfect antidote to staying at home and worrying about the recession. Joe, like many other comedians these days, taken on an alter ego - Life Coach Guru Batty Ryan. It will be Batty's first visit to Vicar Street with his lovely assistant, Eastern European Katarina (introducing Sharyn Hayden). Batty will take the audience through his 'Seven Step Plan To Success In Life And Business'... only he can't quite get Step Six off the tip of his tongue! Joe, a full time father and voice-over artist has recorded many comedy sketches with Irish rugby star Jerry Flannery for 'Limerick Uncovered'. He didn't know who he was when he asked him for a photo in a chipper in Limerick, a few days after Munster won the Heineken cup. It was very embarrassing but a great bonding exercise for them both.
