For years, Joe Dolan left his hometown of Mullingar to perform for audiences in Ireland, the UK, France, Germany, Russia, Israel and America. Now the town would like to welcome all those people he entertained back to the town where it all started from, Joe's home town of Mullingar. The festival will be a weekend of concerts, theatre shows, dancing and family entertainment to celebrate the life of one of Ireland's greatest entertainers.
