If you’re a fan of E4’s teen drama, Skins, then Jitters might be right up your street. A super-fresh and edgy queer coming-of-age drama, it grapples with the confusion of teen sexuality and the attendant difficulties of growing up.
We follow 16 year-old Gabriel and his gang of friends as they try to figure out who they are in this complicated and ever-changing world. On a school trip, Gabriel kisses a boy for the first time and his world explodes. As his family and friends try to figure out just what the fuck’s going on with him, Gabriel is forced to take a hard look at himself and make some tough decisions. Meanwhile his closest friends also struggle with their own troubles, from overbearing parents to far more tragic events.
Multi-award winning, and with stellar performances from the young ensemble cast, Jitters is a bright new take on growing up together.
