Indiependence is an annual Irish indie-rock music festival in Mitchelstown, County Cork over the August Bank Holiday weekend, JULY 29th, 30th and 31st 2011.
The festival is held at Deer Farm under a mile from the centre of Mitchelstown. The site which is a combination of grassland and hardcore is located on a limestone basin at the foot of the Galtee mountains. This means its dry and when it does rain, it drains well.
