HOMAGE NIGHT: TOMÁS MAC SÍOMÓIN
Tonight IMRAM is delighted to celebrate Tomás Mac Síomóin many literaray and poetic achievements in the company of guest speakers Éamon Ó Ciosáin, Philip Cummings, Pádraig Ó Snodaigh and others.
Mangéira will play their spicy brew of Latin dance music - samba-soul from Brazil, salsa from Cuba, and North American boogaloo.
Composer and low-whistle player Cormac Juan Breathnach will be joined by Seán Whelan on Spanish guitar and flute player Brian Dunning, weaving a magical mix of Irish and Spanish music.
Also on the stage will be acclaimed singer Naisrín Elsafty.
