TUBE and BERGER [Kittball Records]:

German natives Arndt Roerig and Marko Vidovic have been regulars on the DJ circuit since 2004. From initial beginnings as a punk band the duo’s love for electronic music progressed to the point where they decided to focus exclusively on their dance music. It seems it was a decision well made, as over the past two years their efforts have paid off enormously with the duo creating their own niche in house music’s ever expanding sea. With a succession of massive hits covering several of dance music’s genres the profile of Tube & Berger has embraced a constant upward curve. Tours worldwide and visits to the likes of Sankeys and Cocoon have cemented their reputation as not only talented producers but notable performers.

'Free Tribe' on Zouk Recordings released in 2011 was a first Beatport number one for the Germans and this was closely followed by the fantastic 'Lovebreak' which again hit the spot with house fans everywhere. Since then it has been success after success for the duo with tracks like 'Pleasure Dip', 'In My Dip' and now with 'Imprint of Pleasure' a strong runner for Beatport track of the year 2014, theres no limits for the two. Their first release of 2014 has proved to be an astonishing success – even more so perhaps that the aforementioned ‘Imprint of Pleasure’. Produced alongside long-term friend and label partner Juliet Sikora, ‘Set It Off’ was labelled an ‘Essential New Tune’ by Pete Tong before going on to reach the dizzy heights of #1 and #2 on the Beatport Deep House and overall chart respectively. Now signed to Tong’s FFRR with full commercial releases in the UK, Germany, France and US planned for later in the year, ‘Set It Off’ looks set to be the record that elevates Tube & Berger from underground stars to major global players.
