Gather by the Feale Festival is a unique summer festival building on the huge success of the Gathering Festival which took place in Abbeyfeale in 2013. The town and all surrounding parishes will be bustling with energy and excitement during a bumper filled five day festival, which will cater for all age groups.
Wrist bands will be on sale for €5 and will allow access to most events. There will be plenty of entertainment for all the family. Some events will incur an entry fee where numbers are restricted.
Events will include a Viking Hooley, open air concerts, carnival, tug-o-war, sheaf tossing, family fun day, rambling house, inter parish community games, art and pottery classes, farmers' market and food fair, craft beer fair, teenage disco, tag rugby and a gospel mass, finishing up with an open air battle of the DJ's competition in the town square.
