Galway's reputation for unabashed craic and quality ceoil is world renowned so it's safe to say that from Thursday 25 - Sunday 28 September, the City of the Tribes is more than definitely the place to be.

Championed by new music platform Guinness AMPLIFY, over 21 venues throughout the city will showcase 42 of Ireland's best up-and-coming bands including Acoustra, Corner Boy, Elaine Mai, Electric Ceili, Harrisson & The Devil, Mojo Gogo, Moone Boys, Rye River Band, Ruggedwood and Sal Vitro.

Joining in on the fun in Ireland's liveliest city, established live acts Kila, The Minutes, Duke Special, Kormac & His Big Band, Keywest, The Hot Sprockets and The Barley Mob (among others) will also take to the Guinness AMPLIFY stages.

Guinness AMPLIFY is a huge new music programme that aims to bring the cream of Ireland's fledgling bands and artists into a wider sphere throughout September and October 2014. Check out guinnessamplify.com for gig listings and more information.
