Frankie Gavin is one of the genuine legends of Irish music and a Guinness World Record holder as the fastest fiddle player in the world. The current ‘De Dannan’ ensemble, which has performed everywhere from The White House to Beijing Opera House, includes Damien Mullane (accordion), Eric Cunningham (percussion, flutes & whistles), Mike Galvin (bouzouki & guitars) and Michelle Lally (vocals). A new album entitled Jigs, Reels & Rock ‘n’ Roll, with a guest appearance by Ronnie Wood currently features on the Irish album charts.
