Belfast's late-night scene is being transformed with the addition of Friday comedy at the Grand Opera House in the run up to Christmas. For the first time ever, when the panto ends on a Friday night and the kiddies are tucked up in their beds, the best in comedy will take to the stage to generate the laughs with Festive Funnies. Festive Funnies will boast top international acts performing alongside the cream of local comedy for an hour and a half of top class entertainment in one of the best venues in the UK. Each Friday night from November 28th, comedians from around the world will take to the stage in a bid to make Belfast audiences laugh. Highlights of the four week festival include Whose Line is it Anyway with special guest Phill Jupitus on Friday December 5th as well as Colin Murphy, regular on The Panel and The Blame Game on December 12th. Stewart Francis, Jake O'Kane, Fred MacAuley, John Bishop and Tim McGarry will also grace the stage at the Grand Opera House. Tickets are priced £12-£18.
