Castlebar International Four Days Walking Festival: 4th - 7th July 2013
Come and meet walkers from more than 21 countries to walk, talk and discover the bogs, rivers, mountains, flora and fauna and the unspoilt beauty of the west of Ireland. Each day, there is a 10 kilometres, 20 kilometres and 40 kilometres road walk and also a guided cross country ramble, which is approximately 30 kilometres in length and takes about 6 hours to complete. Galway Garden Festival: 6th - 7th July 2013
The unique Galway Garden Festival held in Claregalway Castle attracts speakers and visitors from France, Scotland, England and Ireland - words cannot capture this special event! Is it the artisan food, the jazz, the opera singing, the range of garden speakers - celebrated designers, historians, garden writers; or is it the fun enjoyed by both family and friends, young and old, the garden bookshop, the gathering of friends from far and near, that continues to attract ever increasing numbers? Swift Satire Festival: 30th June - 3rd July 2013
This year’s Swift Satire Festival once again promises to be a massive success. Satire-Day is again looking good, with comedy acts such as Neil Delamere, Oliver Callan, Tara Flynn, Gunther Grun, John Colleary, Alan Shortt, Tina Turner Tea Lady, Bernard O’Shea, Fred Cooke, Abie Philbin-Bowman and Hardy Buck Eddie Durkan among the names on the bill for a 10-hour comedy festival on Satire-Day, July 6th. The Groove Music Festival: 6th - 7th July 2013
Groove is a brand new music festival hitting these shores on 6th and 7th July 2013. Set in the amazingKillruddery Estate situated between Bray and Greystones and right on the doorstep of Dublin, it's a hassle free festival with an impressive line-up across soul, funk, roots, RnB and rock 'n' roll. Ennis Street Festival: 5th - 7th July 2013
The Festival will run on the 5th 6th and 7th of July, and there will also be a variety of exciting workshops for kids and adults running from 1st to 5th of July in association with Glór.
