The Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival: 22nd - 25th August 2013
The Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival honours the pioneering spirit of a great film maker and advocate for social change. This year sees the third annual CCCFF from August 22nd to 25th in the beautiful village of Watervilleon the Ring of Kerry in the South West of Ireland. Read more.

The Vintage and Agricultural Virginia Show: 21st August 2013
The 2013 Virginia Show will take place on Wednesday the 21st of August on its own scenic grounds along the shores of Lough Ramor. It will be a Gathering of all that's good in food, farming and rural Ireland. 3,000 exhibits in 500 classes. Read more.

The Dalkey Lobster Fest: 23rd - 25th August 2013
Dalkey Lobster Fest is a fusion of local seafood and the best of current global jazz musicians with lots of fun events for all the family to enjoy. Guinness Dunmore East Bluegrass Festival: 22nd - 25th August 2013
Fans of bluegrass, honky-tonk, blues, country, rhythm 'n' roots are in for a musical treat as the Guinness International Bluegrass Festival returns to the South East this summer. Read more.

Dylan Fest on the Lough: 22nd - 25th August 2013
This is the 7th year of the biggest DylanFest in Europe. It takes place on the banks of the salmon fishing Lough Foyle, 17 miles up the lough from Derry. Greencastle is a picturesque fishing village and Moville is a holiday town 3 miles away. Read more.

The Carlow 800 Festival: 22nd - 25th August 2013
2013 marks a historic occasion in Carlow Town as they commemorate the 800th anniversary of the construction of Carlow Castle. This four - day event celebrates this important milestone with a history conference, an International Taste of Carlow Food and Craft Fair, musical performances, walking tours, a trad trail and a Ballroom of Romance in the former Town Hall Theatre. Limerick Agricultural Show: 24th - 25th August 2013

The Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford: 24th - 25th August 2013
The Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford is now in its 7th year. Over 6000 participants took part in the 2012 event. Start your weekend on Saturday by taking part in the12k Kelly Spin along Dungarvan's Old Railway Walk - this is suitable for all family members over 8 years. Over half of this cycle is off road and there is plenty fun for all the family along the way. On Sunday, the three longer events take to the road. Read more.
