Cork Tango Festival: 11th - 14th April 2013
The Cork Tango Festival is hosted by Cork Argentinian Tango Society. Argentine Tango has been danced in Cork since 2002. The Annual Tango Weekend has grown to become a festival that is now in its 6th year. The Festival offers a warm and friendly atmosphere in the company of Tango Dancers from Ireland and all over the world. Read more.

Great Ireland Run: 14th April 2013
The Spar Great Ireland Run is an annual 10-kilometre road running competition in the Phoenix Park, Dublin, Ireland. Part of the Great Run Series, the Great Ireland Run was first staged in Loughrea, County Galway, before moving to Dublin in 2003. The Great Ireland Run is televised live on RTÉ and is the only event in Ireland to have IAAF Silver label status. Read more.

Messiah On the Street 2013: 13th April 2013
Come to Fishamble Street in Temple Bar on the 13th April from 1.00pm - 2.00pm for a special performance of Handel's Messiah. Our Lady's Choral Society with guest soloist Ross Scanlon will take to the street, which is famous for being the site of the first performance of Handel's Messiah back in 1742. Read more.
