The multi-award winning Franciscan Well brewery is marking the Easter weekend with its annual Easter Beer Fest, Saturday 19th to Sunday 20th of April. Over the two days, the brewery will open its doors to and celebrate some of Ireland’s most renowned craft brewers.

Brewers such as Blacks of Kinsale, 8 Degrees, The Porterhouse, Dungarvan Brewery and JW Sweetman, to name but a few, will also descend on the Franciscan Well brewery on the Saturday of the festival to showcase signature ales, lagers and stouts, as well as some brand new brews that have never been tried before. The guest brewers will be manning the stands and giving their perspective on what makes each of their brews so special.

Of course, festival goers will also be able to enjoy a host of special brews from Franciscan Well including Hopfen Weissen, and firm favourites Rebel Red and Friar Weisse and soak up the legendary atmosphere in the Brew Pub and in the heated outdoor beer tents with the mouth-watering, wood-fired Pompeii pizza on the menu over the weekend.

Doors open at 2pm and admission is free.
