This is the 7th year of the biggest DylanFest in Europe. It takes place on the banks of the salmon fishing Lough Foyle, 17 miles up the lough from Derry.

Greencastle is a picturesque fishing village and Moville is a holiday town 3 miles away. There have been acts from France, Germany, North Italy, Sardinia and Belgium as well as from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Among the pubs hosting the events is Rosatos which recently won Ireland's Overall Best Traditional Pub in the Irish Hospitality Awards.

The DylanFest will be held in multiple pubs in the two towns, in the streets and at the open air Putting Green Cafe in Bath Green overlooking Lough Foyle. The nearest airport is City of Derry airport which is 20 miles away. Ryanair fly from there to London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Glasgow. Belfast airports are an hour and a half away with an Airporter bus taking you from outside the airport to Derry which is 17 miles away. A bus goes from there to Moville. If you like the music of Dylan this must not be missed!
