This year will see fifth and final Trinity College Dublin Shakespeare Festival. There will be no headline performance in Front Square and this has allowed the festival organisers to focus on how the festival can greater benefit our members.

The festival will be bringing Shakespeare out into the streets and schools of Dublin in an incredibly visceral and visible way, as achieved in previous years. Through daily free performances of scenes of Shakespeare, talks from leading Shakespeare practitioners and performances and workshops in schools around Dublin, the festival aims to bring the work of the greatest playwright of all time directly to the Irish community.
