The first ever Dublin Beatles Festival will take place from the 7th - 10th November 2013. This four day celebration will mark the 50th anniversary of the only Dublin performance from the world's most iconic rock group.
The festival will feature more than 20 Irish and international bands in city centre venues. So far confirmed artists include: John Lennon's Original Quarrymen, the Choking Smokers, Revolver and The Gandhis. Participating venues include: The Gresham Hotel (where the Beatles stayed on the 7th November 1963), The Workman's Club (which will host a beatles Film Festival), The Grand Social and the Irish Film Institute.
The festival will also offer panel discussions, art exhibitions, fashion displays, memorabilia fairs, street art and a number of surprises that are sure to delight Beatle fans.
