The Cuisle Limerick City International Poetry Festival is dedicated to poetry in all its forms and varieties, featuring the best of local, national, and international poets.
'Cuisle Limerick City International Poetry Festival 2013' will be launched on 23rd October. Over the following three days Limerick will be filled with verse from local, national, and international poets. This is the 18th year for this festival, dedicated to poetry in all its forms and varieties.
Events include readings over lunch at the Hunt Museum, screenings of poetry films, book launches, a varied programme for schools, the Young Poet of the Year Award, and featured evening performances.
All of this is wrapped up in the warm tradition of Cuisle, providing a very special atmosphere that guests have come to love.
