The Cork Spring Poetry Festival is an annual festival of readings, writing workshops and craft talks featuring Irish and international poets. The 2014 festival includes Jo Shapcott, Paul Muldoon, Billy Collins, Eilean Ni Chuilleanain and many more. It will also showcase some of the best poetry magazines in Ireland, such as The Shop, Cypers and Southword with talks on their histories by their publishers, followed by contributors' readings. Additionally, the winner of the Gregory O'Donoghue International Poetry Competition will be announced, who will read their work along with a selection of new and emerging Irish poets.
