The annual Clones Canal Festival and Soap Box Race is a weekend of fun for all the family. The highlight of the weekend is the daring soap box race, now attracting contestants from across the counties.

From scrutineering on the Friday night to the race itself on Sunday, its non-stop excitement. In 2012, the event included a huge charity truck show, fun runs, cycle run, kayaking, re-tracing the Ulster Canal, farmers market, arts and crafts and live music all weekend.
