No stranger to a great meal and a tasty drink to wash it down with, South Dublin's Brickyard have decided to mix it up with their culinary offerings for a special Cinco De Mayo brunch event this weekend.

Brickyard's brunch event will take place on Saturday and Sunday featuring an array of mouthwatering Mexican cuisine and Mexican drink specials.

Brickyard’s talented chefs have crafted a selection of dishes that include their signature beef barbacoa tacos, as well as delicious nachos, tostadas, elotes and more. Drinks-wise you are in for a treat too; there will be a full list of tequilas, margaritas, Mexican mimosas, Mexican beers, and other traditional Mexican drinks. As well as the opportunity to taste new Irish craft beer Pinata Party, made by Kildare's Rye River in collaboration with Mexican brewery Morenos.

Brickyard's Cinco De Mayo celebration takes place from 12 to 4pm this Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th. Prices start at just €8 for food and €12 for cocktails.
