The 10th Anniversary Carrick Water Music Festival promises to be a spectacular event, with a wide variety of music including classical, opera, contemporary, traditional and folk.

Fringe events, family and children's activities, workshops and street markets and activities will ensure that there is something here for everyone. 2014, is the 10th Anniversary and in celebration, the roots of our first Festival will be are revisited.

The Gala Night event will be held on Saturday, 19th July, with the return of the UK's prestigious chamber opera company Opera A La Carte for a presentation of Puccini's Madame Butterfly. The cast of 13 will be in full costume and supported by piano and brass quartet. The stage in the Landmark Hotel will be transformed into early 20th century Nagasaki, land of geishas and cherry blossoms, for this beloved opera.
