Brian Boru - Ireland’s most famous High King who was killed during the Battle of Clontarf - was laid to rest in the Ecclesiastical capital of Armagh. His tomb is located in the Church of Ireland Cathedral. To commemorate the millennium anniversary a series of events, to suit all ages, will take place across Armagh City from Tuesday 22nd April to Sunday 4th May.
