For one week in July, the bustling town of Ballina, Co. Mayo set on the idyllic banks of the River Moy, comes alive with the Ballina Salmon Festival. Every year some 200,000 people descend on the Salmon Capital of Ireland to enjoy the seven day festival, which boasts a jam-packed calendar of events!

Not to be outdone, The Ballina Salmon Festival boasts a full week of children's activities & events from art workshops, to treasure hunts, fishing by the canal, puppet show & disco topped off the always anticipated Teddy Bear's Picnic to round off the week.
