Although having kids is most fulling and wonderful gift, nobody says that parenting is easy. The Babytalk Festival will cover all the advice you need, from the family planning stages right through to dealing with those terrible toddler tanturms!
The impressive line-up includes experts such as Newstalk’s consultant psychologist David Carey, dietician/nutritionist and International Board-certified lactation consultant Dr. Genevieve Becker and Cuidiú representative Fiona Rea and an expert panel of Irish parenting bloggers.
The family friendly location will be full of exhibitors, speakers, product and service demonstrations and music, comedy and entertainment. Creator of the hilarious Irish Mammies books, Colm O’Regan will present his stand-up comedy show 'Ireland's Got Mammies' and there will be readings by children's authors. Children's entertainment comes courtesy of RTE's Reuban.
There is free car parking, buggy parking, baby changing and feeding areas, goody bags and a café for when you need to take a breather.
The Babytalk Festival will take place in UCD's O'Reilly Hall on February 22nd and 23rd from 10am - 5pm. Entry just €10 for one day or €15 for two with tickets available for purchase online or at the door.
