The Irish Premiere of A Wasteland Harvest, directed by Conor Armstrong Sanfey, echoes the theme of Urban Greening at this year’s Festival. The drama follows rumours of illegal dumping in the Wasteland, formerly a Nature Reserve. Long hidden secrets are discovered with startling consequences when a local reporter investigates.
The play was first performed as a Staged Reading at the Bridge Theatre, Off-Off Broadway, New York in 2011. A Wasteland Harvest was recently published in Miriam’s fifth collection of Dramas.
