Cookery demonstration

Critically acclaimed chef and owner of L’Auberge in St. Anne d’Aurray, Jean-Luc Larvoir will use locally sourced produce to serve up his own interpretation of the culinary magic of Brittany.

As he and Paul Flynn share the same passion for food and drive to exceed expectations, this will be the ideal opportunity to sample some of the delights of Brittany and of the Southeast.
