The Food
Many of Ireland's top food producers will be on display at Taste of Dublin, allowing you to sample some of the best food that Ireland has to offer. Chapter One, Ballymaloe, FX Buckley, The Cupcake Bloke, Soder + Ko and newly reopened Pichet are amongst the restaurants and producers that will be setting up shop in the Iveagh Gardens for the weekend. The Port House and the Spanish Embassy will be teaming up for a pop Tapas bar to transport visitors to Spain, and Saba will be bringing a taste of Thailand to Dublin.

The Drinks
Taste of Dublin isn't just about showing off the best of Irish food, they will also be featuring some of Ireland's best beverage makers. Crean's and Fransican Well Breweries will be representing the Irish craft beer scene, and Black Castle Drinks and Barry's Tea will be amongst those providing non-alcoholic beverages.

See Your Favourite Chefs
Kevin Dundon, Neven Maguire and Great Irish Bake-Off Judge Paul Kelly will all be appearing at Taste of Dublin, sharing their tips and showing off their skills during live cookery demonstrations at the Electrolux Taste Theatre. Some of Ireland's top chefs will also be wowing audiences, and offering their expertise, over the weekend.

Improve Your Cooking Skills
Taste of Dublin isn't just about eating and drinking while you're there, it's also about picking up new skills that you can bring home with you and apply to your own cooking. In addition to the Taste Theatre, Electrolux are hosting more interactive and hands-on demonstrations at the Chefs Secrets tents, where you will be able to cook alongside your favourite chefs. These demonstrations will be hosted by Lynda Booth of the Dublin Cookery School

Something for Everyone
You don't have to be a dedicated foodie to attend Taste, everyone is welcome. MyMilkman.ie will be organising family activities on Saturday and Sunday, and there will be live music on all four days, including the Whelan's Live Stage featuring Mundy and Brona Gallagher. It's a great day out for a family or a group of friends, and would make an excellent Father's Day outing.

Taste of Dublin takes place in the Iveagh Gardens from June 16th to 19th, for ticket details visit their website.
