The 17th Innishannon Steam and Vintage Rally is taking place over the June Bank Holiday Weekend (1st and 2nd June).

It is the biggest steam and vintage rally in Ireland with over 22,000 visitors each year. All proceeds of the Rally go the Irish Cancer Society - over €1.164 million has been raised to date.

The Rally is a unique experience where visitors get to see machinery, traditions, demonstrations and items from the past. Take a stroll around the event field and come across a great range of treasures and willing exhibitors only too happy to share their knowledge. The mix of entries over the years has been so great that there has been something there for everyone, young and old.

Over 1,600 exhibits will be spread out across a 40 acre site - steam engines, tractors, military vehicles, oil engines, fire engines, motor cycles, lorries, vintage farm machinery, fairground organs, trade stands, amusements, pets corner, sheep dog demonstrations, live music, set dancing, rural crafts, book stalls, Sheep Dog Trials, a dog show, tug-o-war, a working area for stone crushing, steam ploughing, thrashing and more besides.
