The ever-changing menu at Sprezzatura is intended to showcase their impressive list of Irish suppliers, from Toons Bridge Dairy and Dublin’s Tartine Bakery to Wicklow Rapeseed Oil, with an emphasis on the sustainability of using locally sourced ingredients. Affordability and sustainable practices have always been at the forefront of the Sprezzatura ethos, from being virtually paperless to having all drinks and wine on tap, supplied by the Irish company WInelab, helping to cut down on unnecessary packaging waste and carbon emissions.
Earlier this year they partnered with Mossy Earth to offset restaurant emissions by native trees in Ireland, with customers given the option to add a tree to their bill to offset their travel to and from the restaurant. There’ll be no shortage of Spritz’s on tap when they reopen in early July, served up with some of their fan-favourite Sprezzatura classics like cacio e pepe.
