If you love horror (and you can check out our 10 horrors you might have missed over the last decade), you’ll want to check this one out.
There’s been a lot of buzz since Hereditary premiered at Sundance, where it was screened to widespread acclaim and being called not only the horror of the year, but the scariest movie people have seen in years.
Promotion-wise, the movie is going all out, and has so far been leaving creepy dolls on people's doorsteps to flag the upcoming movie.
Now a second trailer has been unveiled for Hereditary, which you can watch, as well as the initial trailer beneath it, below:
The plot summary reads: “When the matriarch of the Graham family dies, her daughter, Annie (Toni Collette), suspects a presence was left behind, which has a bizarre focus on her teenage granddaughter, Charlie (Milly Shapiro). With the household under threat by a supernatural force, Annie must explore the darkness to escape their inherited fate.”
Will you dare to check it out?
