No one's had a worse week post-'Lemonade' than Rachel Roy (except maybe for Jay Z) and she's finally confirmed to the world that she's not the infamous 'Becky' of 'Becky with the good hair' fame.
Designer Roy denied that she's the woman at the center of the rumours that Jay Z cheated on Beyoncé that is referenced in Beyoncé's new album 'Lemonade', telling the world: "There is no validity to the idea that the song references me personally. There is no truth to the rumors."
She also responded to the vitriol aimed at her online since she posted and deleted a photo to Instagram that started a shitstorm of hate flying her way, stating: "Consequently, online haters have targeted me and my daughters in a hurtful and scary manner, including physical threats. As a mother – and I know many mothers would agree – I feel that bullying in any form is harmful and unacceptable. I would hope that the media sees the real issue here – the issue of cyber bullying – and how it should not be tolerated by anyone."
Roy first tweeted the following before making a statement to People.
I respect love, marriages, families and strength. What shouldn't be tolerated by anyone, no matter what, is bullying, of any kind.

Here's Roy's statement in full:
"I want to put the speculation and rumors to rest. My Instagram post was meant to be fun and lighthearted, it was misunderstood as something other than that," she said. "There is no validity to the idea that the song references me personally. There is no truth to the rumors.
"Consequently, online haters have targeted me and my daughters in a hurtful and scary manner, including physical threats. As a mother – and I know many mothers would agree – I feel that bullying in any form is harmful and unacceptable.
"I would hope that the media sees the real issue here – the issue of cyber bullying – and how it should not be tolerated by anyone."
