OK - overlooking the sex tape (which was pre North), the tasteful post-pregnancy selfies, the recent music video with Kanye (spare a thought for Pammy Anderson and Tommy Lee's kids), and her career in general - Kim may be at a slight disadvantage when it comes to teaching her daughter self-respect... however, if recent critics are to be believed, Kim isn't around North enough to even impart basic parenting.

The reality TV star, who is currently accompanying fiance Kanye around the U.S. on his Yeezus tour (seriously), lashed out at one critic on Twitter, insisting their five-month-old daughter is with her 24/7.

She was raging after one of her 18.8 million followers apparently questioned her bond with North in response to a tweet she posted on Saturday that read: "We took our baby girl swimming today for the 1st time, she loved it so much! #BestDayEver," and failed to include a photograph of the event in question.

She ranted: "u sound so ignorant. Bc I don't tweet or instagram my every move w my daughter means I am not with her 24 7? We share what we want. Or is it bc I go support my fiance at every show & I post pix? When the baby goes down 4 bed or a nap, parents are allowed 2 work & support each other, maybe even have fun too. (sic)"

The 33-year-old has attracted criticism of late for attending Kanye's concerts every night, instead of staying at home to look after their baby. The couple were also seen enjoying a typically low-key shopping spree in The Webster boutique on Saturday morning in Miami without North.

To be fair, the latter scenario is reasonable. Try going shopping with an infant to haul around, it's not the most enjoyable experience (online shopping while they're asleep is much more fun). I would raise an eyebrow, however, at Kim managing to attend Kanye's koncert every night. If North is 5-months-old then she's more than likely still getting a night feed. Speaking as someone recently over the endless hell of nocturnal bottle fumbling, it's all you can do of a day to slick a bit of mascara across the lashes (a daily necessity for me given they're naturally beige in colour), never mind getting yourself entirely tarted up to watch your other half fluff himself in public night, after night, after night.

Fact is, spending "24 7" with a baby is one of the most relentlessly tiring things known to mankind. How ever does Kimmy do it... *coughswetnurse*
