Unless you watched 'TOWIE', you have no idea who she is.

Better yet, do you even know what 'TOWIE' stands for?

It stands for 'The Only Way Is Essex', which was / is an English reality TV series that has been running since 2010 and, for some reason, has had 25 seasons in that time. 'TOWIE' is one of those things that happened in England, but didn't catch on here - like Cornish pasties or maintaining an aristocratic class.

Anyway, McKenna went into the final against V5 - which is a group made up of influencers that wasn't called Influenza when it was right there, YouTube "personalities" Max and Harvey, and Jenny Ryan from ITV's 'The Chase'. Previous contestants on the show included Ricki Lake, Martin Bashir, and a group made up of ex-'Love Island' contestants.

Off the back of this, McKenna has now secured a record deal with Simon Cowell's label, Syco.

As well as this, the final show of 'The X Factor: Celebrity' also saw Nicole Scherzinger reunite with the Pussycat Dolls and perform live - well, "live" is a relative term - on stage for the first time in a decade.

If, however, you thought that you were free from Simon Cowell's litany of reality TV shows, guess again. Another spinoff show is coming just next week, with 'The X Factor: The Band' kicking off on December 9th.

The spinoff will see Cowell attempt to find a new musical group, and is going head-to-head with BBC's 'The Search', which will see Little Mix attempt to do the same.

And people said there are no original ideas left on reality television.
