We finally know when we're getting new episodes - and there's a trailer
You won't have to wait too long for season 5 of 'Rick and Morty' - its premiere date and first trailer have been unveiled.
Initially it was announced that the new season of 'Rick and Morty' would debut on June 30th in the US.
Now we know we'll also be getting the series in Ireland and the UK this June through the channel E4.
The fifth season will consist of ten 30-minute long episodes.
The show follows the titular grandfather and grandson, along with their family, as they get into all sorts of intergalactic, hilarious and often nonsensical adventures.
Previously, writer Scott Marder teased that fans can expect some canon in the new episodes.
He said at the Rick and Morty Global Celebration Panel of Adult Swim's virtual 2020 Festival: "There's epic canon in season five coming.
"Fans are gonna like get knocked over by the canon we're about to hit them with… All the stuff we're doing is so awesome."
We also know that Space Beth, now known as Schrodinger's Beth, will be back.
Who knows what else to expect. The official trailer below demonstrates we can expect the show to be as mad as ever, in any case.
