"I feel like mentally I’m not as happy."

The 'Winter Love Island' runner up got candid on her social media over the weekend.

Siânnise Fudge, who came joint runner-up with her boyfriend Luke Trotman on the first and only 'Winter Love Island' last year, bared all in an open and honest Instagram Live recently.

The 25-year-old, who has become a social influencer since her appearance on the reality TV series, and who was a beauty consultant before becoming famous, says that she misses her life pre-'Love Island'.

During a questions and answers segment on her Instagram profile, Siânnise admitted that her mental health has unfortunately been a problem for her since leaving the villa. She said: "You miss your old life before all the fame from 'Love Island'.

"True. I was very content and happy in my life before 'Love Island' and I feel like mentally I’m not as happy.

"If I could turn back the clock I think I would have made a different decision. And I don’t mean to sound ungrateful.

"Mental health and happiness comes first for me always."

Siânnise did say that the only good thing to come out of her involvement in the dating series is, of course, her boyfriend Luke. The pair has gained a substantial social media following since the series wrapped in February.

She told her 1.8 million followers: "He was the only great thing to come out of it for me. Just wanted to clear that up. If I could have met him another way I would have."

There was no second season of 'Winter Love Island' this year, which we would have already been stuck into by now if everything had not happened last year. ITV had plans to return to the regular summer series later this year - but the jury is out on whether the plans will still go ahead.
