Although you might think it's great keeping a beard and long hair like Kit Harington, it seems like the guy is actually dying to shave it all off.
Maybe it's the itchiness? Or maybe he's just worried about being typecast? At any rate, Harington revealed at the Toronto Film Festival that he's still rocking the hair and beard as he's been ordered to by HBO, the television studio behind 'Game Of Thrones'.
"They own me; they've just kept me like this," laughed Harington, and then went on to confirm that - yes - the facial hair is going once he's released by HBO. Back in June, Harington said that he wanted to "step away and enjoy the obscurity, cut my hair, make myself less recognisable as the character, and go do and some other things with a completely new look and tone."
It makes sense, given that the beard and hair are pretty recognisable and it's not easy to drop out of something that's arguably been the most talked-about television series in years. The question is, will he actually be able to work without?
The final season of 'Game Of Thrones' arrives in 2019.
