'Game of Thrones', meanwhile, came away with just two Emmys.
Where to start with this year's Emmys?
Taking a leaf out of the Oscars' playbook, this year's Emmys went hostless and suffered for it, as the show was as chaotic as it's been in years with no discernible way of knowing where everything was.
Aside from the red carpet and the general weirdness in the air, there were plenty of upsets on the night that caught out even the people who won. Jason Bateman came away with the gong for Directing In A Drama Series, looking actually perplexed when his name was called.
Likewise, 'Game of Thrones' only bagged two Emmys on the night - Outstanding Drama Series and Supporting Actor for Peter Dinklage - while Billy Porter bagged an Emmy for Best Actor in a Drama Series for 'Pose'.
'Chernobyl', 'Fleabag' and 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' came away with the big wins at this year's Emmys, triumphing over expected winners like 'Veep' and, of course, 'Game of Thrones'.
