Sound advice, can't fault it.
No doubt that people have some strong opinions on 'Mrs. Brown's Boys' in the same way that they have some strong opinions on politics, Brexit, and what way a turkey is supposed to served at Christmas (stuffed with stuffing, drenched in gravy, so much of it you get sick).
Of course, nobody is more acutely aware of the kind of reaction that the show provokes than its very creator and star, Brendan O'Carroll. Yet, for all of its many vocal critics, the endless tweets about it, the show has won several awards and tops the ratings for every Christmas special it has.
So, what does Brendan O'Carroll suggest to those who don't like it? "Just change the fucking channel," he told The Sun.
"Honestly, I put on my dress and my tits and go out and make people laugh and I come off, take off my dress, take off my tits, get into the shower, come out and as soon as I come out of the theatre, I don’t even think about the show," O'Carroll went on. "The evidence of four NTA awards means people are not just liking it — they’re actually prepared to stand up and shout it."
