He sought to live his life with integrity and truth. He was so driven to put the best he had into whatever work was put before him... Even if I didn't want to hear it and even if the truth was inconvenient.
He made me (and still makes me) want to be the best human I can possibly be, because he always strove to be the best human he could be."
Eisenberg played Nog in 'Deep Space Nine', the first Ferenghi in Starfleet and a close friend of Benjamin Sisko's son, Jake, played by Cirroc Lofton. The two actors remained friends after the show ended, and in the past couple of years, hosted a podcast together.
Eisenberg was also active on the convention circuit, and was working as a professional photographer before his death.
Weβre heartbroken to share news of the loss of one of our family. Aron Eisenberg was an enormous positive presence in any situation. Forever kind, caring & deeply thoughtful, Aron was every bit as passionate as he appeared on screen. Our love & gratitude is with him & his family. pic.twitter.com/zbXpAdH5pL
