Happy 38th birthday JT!
Justin Timberlake - one of the biggest artists to take over our lives in the 2000s - doesn't like to live a quiet life. Here are the 8 best headlines JT has made over the years.
Super Bowl 2018
Timberlake performed at the Super Bowl halftime show last year. As well as playing hits such as 'Sexyback' the singer also paid tribute to the late Prince. However, the show was stolen by selfie kid, who created one of the best memes of 2018.

Super Bowl 2004
Following that memorable incident with Janet Jackson, Timberlake wasn't a lot of people's favourite performers anymore. However, last year the singer said that he had made amends with Jackson since the mishap on stage. Speaking about his apology, he said "I don’t know that a lot of people know that. Because you value the relationships that you do have with people."
LGBTQ speech
Timberlake won Song of the Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards for 'Can't Stop the Feeling' and afterwards he gave a very moving speech to the LGBTQ community. He said, "If you are black or brown or gay or lesbian or you are trans, or maybe you're just a sissy singing boy from Tennessee, anyone that's treating you unkindly—it's only because they are afraid, or have been taught to be afraid of how important you are." He concluded with a mic-dropping "f*** them."
Opening the Oscars with the "worst" song of the year
Just because 'Can't Stop the Feeling' won one award doesn't mean that everyone liked it, as the song topped TIME Magazine's poll of the worst songs of 2016. Yikes. However, it didn't hold the singer back from opening the Oscars 2017 with the song and getting everybody to dance, dance, dance...

Revealed the reason he left *NSYNC
Justin Timberlake departed from the boy band in 2002, when he was 21. He had been with them since the age of 14, and he decided that he had been with them long enough. He said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that "I felt like I cared more about the music than some of the other people in the group. I felt like I had other music I wanted to make and that I needed to follow my heart."
Getting Slapped
Timberlake was walking through the crowd at the Celebrity Pro-Am golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, when a member of the audience appeared to slap (or more like rub) the singer in the face and neck. Apparently the man in question was taken into custody later for acting the maggot with authorities. Still though, something to tell the grandkids, right?
Eurovision
Remember that time JT performed at THE EUROVISION? Here's his interval performance of that song again at the grand final in Sweden, 2016.
On-lime
We're going to leave you with a weird one. It's Justin Timberlake dressed up as... a lime. Enjoy!
