Ah no. Probably best not to inundate him with requests - he only posted the following tweet to his 800,000 followers as a favour to one of his neighbours who's trying to sell their gaf in Kitchen Cove, West Cork. Must have been a busy few days for CMC Estate Agents...

The house is currently owned by a UK couple and - according to independent.ie - Graham's tweet has resulted in a number of parties from the UK requesting information on the property. A spokesperson from Charles McCarthy Estate Agents told the paper: 'With English buyers being prime contenders for this property, Graham has greatly boosted their chances of finding a buyer by tweeting the details."

Speaking of his homeland retreat, Bandon native Graham said: "I had a place in the city and I was looking for a seaside place and my sister found this house. It is paradise. I love it."

Ahakista is fast becoming West Cork's answer to Dublin's Dalkey, with the likes of Harry Shearer reportedly buying a gaff in the area. Only Ahakista is obviously better - because it's in Cork.

If you're hoping to bump into Father Noel during the summer months, one of his preferred haunts is The Good Things Cafe in Durrus. You can sidle up and ask him to bang out a tweet about that garden shed that needs shifting.
