The former host of reality TV show 'The Apprentice', Donald Trump, has announced that he is to visit Ireland in November for a short visit that will likely be a quiet enough affair and have no major impact on our daily lives whatsoever.

In a statement released by henchmen people working for the stupid f**k soft-spoken father of five, Trump's visit will coincide with "a November 11 commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the armistice that ended the fighting in World War I." Trump's visit was welcomed by Tanaiste Simon Coveney, who said that the "US President is always welcome in Ireland."

"Our two countries have such strong historic, economic, cultural and family ties. Maintaining those connections is always a top priority."

Naturally, the very idea that someone who espouses Trump's views being welcomed in Ireland was met with widespread derision by many, many people here and will likely spark off huge protests. Already, several protest marches have been planned and while an itinerary hasn't yet been announced, you can bet Dubliners aren't going to be happy about having half the city shut down again just to accommodate a foreign dignitary nobody wants to see.
