The Californian singer just released her seventh record last week

It's only been a matter of days since she released her seventh album, but Lana Del Rey is clearly not resting on her creative laurels in the midst of a pandemic.

The Californian star, who released 'Chemtrails Over the Country Club' last Friday, has already announced its follow-up.

'Rock Candy Sweet' will come out on June 1st, according to an Instagram post by the 'Video Games' singer.

'Chemtrails Over the Country Club', which was produced and co-written by Jack Antonoff (as its predecessor 'Norman Fucking Rockwell' was), was originally scheduled for release in 2020 but was delayed because of manufacturing delays related to Covid. It's not yet known if Del Rey has worked with Antonoff again on 'Rock Candy Sweet'.

Last year, she released a poetry collection titled 'Violet Bent Backwards Over the Country Club' and caused some controversy when she turned up to a meet-and-greet with fans to promote the book wearing a mesh face mask.
